Color Lookup

Posted by john4jack (Corvallis, Oregon, United States) on 17 May 2012 in Plant & Nature and Portfolio.

The next two columbine photographs involve using the new Color Lookup panel in CS6. This one is called, "Horror Blue."
My close photo buddy puts the emphasis on "horror"!! I realize that many of you won't like this. This is a demonstration photograph.

I'll tell you something friend Jack! You know that I paint in oil too ... this color of the flower that gives back is one of my favorites and also difficult to follow ... is a color that the painter has to achieve based on complex mixtures ... So this picture is a great gift for my perfect ... Muchos besos y abrazos... querido amigo... Adela

Used sparingly and with care, such features are powerfully effective like you show. Unfortunately, like most weapons of art, they tend to fall into the wrong hands !
