Divine lighting and such delicate detail. A beautiful photograph, so simple in essence, so wonderfully observed. Makes me think of spring and summer, of rolling pastures, of happy memories, of hope.

@EYES WIDE SHUT: You make me feel very humble with your kind words. That morning of photographing was magical. The light was incredible. I felt that I was in a holy place having a holy experience; which, of course, I was.

@amy: Thank you for your kind words on my photographs. Until September, we lived in Sequim, WA; we could see Victoria from our house; I love Vancouver Island; we have bicycled a lot in the Gulf Islands.
