I like!! 22 Jun 2009 8:38am Lorraine from Gatineau, CanadaIt is never JUST ANOTHER, because they are beautiful, and I love your soft macros, and I especially love the green about-to-be bud, the shape is wonderful :) 22 Jun 2009 10:42am @Lorraine: Thanks, Lorraine. Soft blossoms make the most beautiful conversions to B&W. Suzanne Labbé from Granby, CanadaLovelly ! There is no sun here this morning but with that picture, I feel better ;o))) 22 Jun 2009 11:06am @Suzanne Labbé: Thanks, my dear. Judy from Brooksville, Florida, United StatesI've never 'met' a yellow rose I didn't like, and each one causes me to think of my mother; they were her favorite. 22 Jun 2009 11:34am @Judy: Thanks, Judy; that warms my heart. Lesley from Lincoln, United StatesI like it better -- probably because it's a single rose rather than a bouquet. Hope you had a nice visit with my dad & June! 22 Jun 2009 11:38am @Lesley: We've had a great time; lots of catching up to do. Marie-Hélène Ammor from Casablanca/Paris, MoroccoVery beautiful yellow on this superb dof ! 22 Jun 2009 11:54am Tammy-Cricket from United StatesHello my friend. I feel like I have been so distant over the past month or so...sorry. A yellow rose is my favorite of all. Even as a child I remember just gazing at yellow roses. They reminded me of "happy" for some reason. This is a vibrant and stunning image. I hope you're off to a great start for the week. 22 Jun 2009 1:51pm @Tammy-Cricket: Thanks, Tammy. This is going to be a full week. Friends are here and are leaving today. Other friends are coming tomorrow for a visit. Wednesday we take care of Fiona. Friday is Fiona's 3rd birthday; I leave that evening for Portland. Saturday is an all day workshop in Portland on lighting. Then next Sunday is Fiona's BD party. Busy, busy, but the weather is supposed to be terrific. LauraS from Chico, United StatesThis is the prettiest yellow rose I've ever seen. Wonderfully portrayed. 22 Jun 2009 2:16pm @LauraS: Thank you, thank you, Laura. Don from spokane, United StatesA beautiful rose and nicely captured.
