Spring is Upon Us

Flowers are popping up all over our neighborhood.

AWAY - Today we leave for several days in the Portland area. Tonight we will go to "An Evening with Jay Maisel" (the superlative New York photographer). On Friday and Saturday, we plan to take in the Columbia Gorge, the Japanese Gardens, and the riverfront. Saturday night, we will go to the symphony; Itzhak Perlman is playing the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto. And then Sunday, we go to Timberline Lodge on Mt. Hood. Home late Monday.
