You decline the tree in all seasons, you do your pictures of the king and he poses as a patriarch, here in the fog and the wild bush.

Mathilde from Paris, France

Thus the game of the four seasons!

Amazing how many treatments one can give to one shot. And each one looks so different and so perfect in it's own way.

I refuse to be drawn on which I prefer...... but this is the purest and best in my humble opinion, Jack. Absolutely gorgeous

Denise from Perry, United States

The latter two remind me of scenery in a HArry Potter Movie. All three are beautiful, the first being my favorite.

Three for the price of one - that's prety good photographic odds, Jack. They each have their appeal for different reasons - not sure which would be my pick. Great job!!

Observing from West Cheshire, United Kingdom

I think I prefer this natural one, to yesterdays. The mist is a bonus.

6 Feb 2009 5:50am

@Observing: Thanks, I agree. I generally prefer minimal processing.

Barbara from Florida, United States

All three are superb. To select a favorite would depend on where I would frame and hang it. But I am drawn to this one since I feel the most emotion from it. Beautiful image.

@Barbara: Thank you, Barbara. It has been an interesting exercise; each image has its supporters. I vary depending upon my mood.

@jamesy: Jamesy, This has been one fun experiment! It illustrates what a personal and individual taste matter photography is. What I like is that there is no right or wrong.
