Spiders Abound

Everywhere you look, there seem to be spiders these days.

Aren't they great to watch? I tried to shoot one the other nigh using an LED red light by our front door, the light holde (our son) was too shaky. Didn't get any good shots.

Coincidentally it is the same here. Seems like the population has exploded this year. Mind you ours are not anywhere near as photogenic as yours. Great backlighting.

this one is truly spectacular! I saw several of these when I stayed at Sooke Harbour House in Sooke Harbour, BC. I found them fascinating even though I usually am terrified of spiders. These ones moved so seldom and so slowly that I took time to give them a good look
