Backyard Fog

As you can surmise, I'm a sucker for fog. This certainly is a good thing; we get tons of it from now until Spring.

NIKON D700 1/80 second F/6.3 ISO 800 70 mm (35mm equiv.)

@Dulcie: This was taken standing in our backyard looking toward our next door neighbor's. The torii is along our fence on their side; we actually have a much better view than they do.

I was reading too fast ... I thought it was frog :) but couldn't find one! Fog gives something magical to photo, you're really lucky! Beautiful autumn colors and fog ... you can't go wrong with that ;)

@Hiro: The torii is along the fence between us and our neighbors; it actually is on their property; however, we have a much better view than they do.

I do like your fence/gate element in this shot - the japanese influence is very apparent. I too amd a sucker for fog, and see a fair bit of it when I visit San Fran to my north.
