Antique Middle North Falls

Posted by john4jack (Corvallis, Oregon, United States) on 7 July 2010 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

We had another 4 a.m. rising for this shoot. This time it was to avoid the sun. We had a long hike down a canyon to get here. (Of course, we then had to hike up out of the canyon.)
**************************************************************

The temperature is supposed to soar to over 100º F. today. We are heading to the Coast. See you tomorrow (when it is expected to get up to 101º F.); commitments here will force us to endure the heat. Some fool said that Corvallis was not going to get a summer this year :)))

A pure beauty, seems a photograph from the early years of Photography ! Love the thick curtain of the falls, the oh-so light steam below & around, and the rendering of the foliage.... Superb, Jack.
