Forest Color

This was taken on a hike that Max and I took in the McDonald Forest a month ago.

Yesterday Bill Laing, Phil Coleman and I attended two Vincent Versace workshops in Portland. We will be returning when this post comes online.

NIKON D700 1/100 second F/8.0 ISO 800 68 mm (35mm equiv.)

The emphasis on the flowering bush relative to the tree certainly changes the mood of this image. I like it for its detail and nice color. Looks like a great place for a hike.
