Summer Willamette, Corvallis

You have seen the sleepy Willamette River in Albany. Here it is in Corvallis. (This is the first of a series.)

I wondered about the foreground movement, then I saw the shutter speed. As Jim said, it made the water look so smooth. I want to try that.
