"What photograph should I post today?" This is a question that most of us who regularly post on Aminus3 constantly ask ourselves. After several years of posting, I have a pretty good idea of what most people "like." However, I also know that those images are not always the ones that best express my artistic vision at a given time. As most of you who follow me know, I am always exploring, testing, pressing the envelope. The journey (the process) is almost always more fulfilling than the destination (the final results). What compounds the problem, is my "people pleasing" co-dependency. It is very difficult for me to post an image that most truly expresses my artistic vision when I believe that most people probably will not like it. My goal is to post only what I would put up on my wall and leave there for at least 6 months.
